NOVELTY - The sensor has an electrode layer laminated on a single surface of the substrate and a functionalized graphene film. The functionalized graphene film is obtained by modifying a graphene film by triethylamine. USE - Graphene sensor e.g. field-effect-transistor (FET) sensor used in a chemical and biological material sensing field for evaluating water quality. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has high chemical stability and anti-interference ability, reduces cost consumption, detects nitrate and nitrogen concentration, improves instantaneous response (second) for nitrogen, and avoids interference ion (Cl-, CO32- and SO42- ) in nitrogen still has good specificity.
