NOVELTY - Regeneration of graphene by carbon rod of waste battery comprises taking inert electrode as cathode, dried and clean carbon rod as anode and acid solution as electrolyte, and performing electrolysis in an electrolytic bath under a constant voltage for obtaining a graphene-rich solution, where voltage is 0-30 V; and#filtering the graphene-rich solution, washing filter cake by an acid lotion and de-ionized water until cleaning solution is neutral for obtaining a graphene filter cake, where the acid lotion is 5-15 wt.% hydrochloric acid and/or 5-15 wt.% sulfuric acid. USE - Method for the regeneration of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method transforms carbon rod of waste battery into a graphene material, is simple in device, easy and simple in operation and is low in cost.
