NOVELTY - Polymer gel composite plugging agent comprises 80 pts. wt. quaternary ammonium salt grafted chitosan, 10 pts. wt. layered silicate with partial metal ions replaced by hydrogen ions, and 300 pts. wt. sodium silicate aqueous solution with mass fraction of 10 wt.%. Graphene oxide with sodium polystyrene sulfonate is adsorbed in the conjugate zone of 10 wt.% of the mass of sodium silicate aqueous solution and sodium polyacrylate blend rubber with 15% sodium silicate aqueous solution. The sodium polyacrylate blend rubber is homogeneous system. The rubber is butyl rubber. The quaternary ammonium salt is allyl dimethyl dehydroabietyl ammonium chloride. The layered silicate is sepiolite. The polymer gel composite plugging agent is prepared by e.g. (i) preparing raw materials, (a) mixing and disperse layered silicate and a strong acid solution, where the strong acid is sulfuric acid, stirring at constant temperature for hydrothermal reaction for 5 hours, and then filtering. USE - Used as polymer gel composite plugging agent. ADVANTAGE - The agent has excellent plugging performance and lasting effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Polymer gel composite plugging agent comprises 80 pts. wt. quaternary ammonium salt grafted chitosan, 10 pts. wt. layered silicate with partial metal ions replaced by hydrogen ions, and 300 pts. wt. sodium silicate aqueous solution with mass fraction of 10 wt.%. Graphene oxide with sodium polystyrene sulfonate is adsorbed in the conjugate zone of 10 wt.% of the mass of sodium silicate aqueous solution and sodium polyacrylate blend rubber with 15% sodium silicate aqueous solution. The sodium polyacrylate blend rubber is homogeneous system. The rubber is butyl rubber. The quaternary ammonium salt is allyl dimethyl dehydroabietyl ammonium chloride. The layered silicate is sepiolite. The polymer gel composite plugging agent is prepared by (i) preparing raw materials, (a) mixing and disperse layered silicate and a strong acid solution with a mass fraction of 10% in a mass ratio of 1:20, where the strong acid is sulfuric acid, and then the temperature is 180° C and the pressure is 5 MPa under the condition of stirring speed of 500 revolutions/minute, stirring at constant temperature for hydrothermal reaction for 5 hours, and then filtering, collecting the filter cake and washing the filter cake with deionized water until the washing liquid is neutral, then transferring the washed filter cake into an oven and drying to constant weight at temperature of 110° C to obtain dried filter cake, and then transferring the dried filter cake to tube furnace at temperature of 300° C, heating and roasting for 3 hours, cooling to room temperature with the furnace, and discharging the material to obtain layered silicate in which some metal ions are replaced by hydrogen ions, (b) pouring graphene oxide into water in a weight ratio of 1:10, then adding 10% graphene oxide sodium polystyrene sulfonate to the water under the condition of ultrasonic frequency of 50 kHz, ultrasonically dispersing for 30 minutes, filtering, washing and drying to obtain graphene oxide with sodium polystyrene sulfonate adsorbed in the conjugation zone, and(ii) dispersing the layered silicate in which part of the metal ions are replaced by hydrogen ions in the sodium silicate aqueous solution, and then adding graphene oxide with sodium polystyrene sulfonate adsorbed in the conjugation zone and quaternary ammonium salt grafted chitosan, shearing and dispersing, add sodium polyacrylate to blend rubber, ball milling and mixing, allowing to stand and defoaming to obtain product.
