▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing green environment friendly concrete by using graphene compound mine waste slag comprises (1) subjecting the mine waste to magnetic separation, adding the magnetic separation waste to water, where the ratio is waste residue, water is 1-100 g:0.5-1 l, and the strong magnetic stirring for 2-4 hours, drying the suspension obtained by stirring to remove the water on the surface of the waste residue particles, adding the above-mentioned dried waste residue to the alcohol solution, pouring it into the ball mill tank, performing wet grinding, placing the ball mill jar after wet grinding into heating furnace, heating it to a temperature of 80-100 degrees C, keeping it for 1-2 hours, heating it to a temperature of 500-700 degrees C, and obtaining the modified mine waste residue powder by cooling after calcination at a constant temperature for 3-5 hours. USE - The method is useful for producing green environment friendly concrete by using graphene compound mine waste slag. ADVANTAGE - The method: forms complex with large amount of calcium ions in waste residue interact with graphene oxide; eliminates influence of different hydrophilic properties of grapheme; increases uniformity of graphene dispersion in cement; at the same time, chemically bonds epoxy and hydroxy functional groups on surface of graphene oxide with calcium silicate hydrate in the cement during the excitation stage of concrete, promotes rapid growth of calcium silicate in cement; and improves strength of final concrete product.
