NOVELTY - Aqueous based epoxy static conductive anticorrosive paint using graphene conductive powder as conductive agent comprises water-based epoxy anti-static anti-corrosion paint is mixed by A component and B component. The component A is obtained by uniformly mixing waterborne epoxy resin Huntsman 3961 emulsion, substrate wetting agent, first defoamer, anti-flash rust agent, ethylene glycol butyl ether, graphene conductive powder aqueous slurry. The B component is obtained by uniformly mixing including aqueous based epoxy curing agent Huntsman 3986 and water. The graphene conductive powder aqueous slurry is water, second defoamer, dispersant, graphene conductive mica powder, graphene conductive titanium dioxide, graphene conductive talc powder prepared with 1250 mesh talc powder, graphene conductive talc powder prepared with 2500 mesh talc powder, after mixing graphene conductive feldspar powder, grinding under water cooling condition until the fineness is below 60 µm. USE - Used as aqueous based epoxy static conductive anticorrosive paint using graphene conductive powder as conductive agent. ADVANTAGE - The paint: has excellent performance in oil resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and salt spray resistance performance test and has two functions of conductivity and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Aqueous based epoxy static conductive anticorrosive paint using graphene conductive powder as conductive agent comprises water-based epoxy anti-static anti-corrosion paint mixed by A component and B component in use at a mass ratio of 5:1. The component A is obtained by uniformly mixing 38-42 pts. wt. waterborne epoxy resin Huntsman 3961 emulsion, 0.3-0.4 pts. wt. substrate wetting agent, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. first defoamer, 0.6-1.0 pts. wt. anti-flash rust agent, 2.5-3.0 pts. wt. ethylene glycol butyl ether and 58.4-70 pts. wt. graphene conductive powder aqueous slurry. The B component is obtained by uniformly mixing including 90-95 pts. wt. aqueous based epoxy curing agent Huntsman 3986 and 5-10 pts. wt. water. The graphene conductive powder aqueous slurry is 37-40 pts. wt. water, 0.5-0.7 pts. wt. second defoamer, 1.6-2.4 pts. wt. dispersant, 5-7 pts. wt. graphene conductive mica powder, 6-9 pts. wt. graphene conductive titanium dioxide, 16-20 pts. wt. graphene conductive talc powder prepared with 1250 mesh talc powder, 0.8-1.6 pts. wt. graphene conductive talc powder prepared with 2500 mesh talc powder, after mixing 9.2-12 pts. wt. graphene conductive feldspar powder, grinding at a speed of 4500 revolutions/minute under water cooling condition until the fineness is below 60 µm.
