▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The graphene/aluminum alloy composite material preparation method involves performing vacuum degassing of aluminum composite material sheath at temperature of 300-350 degrees Celsius and pressure of 2.0x 10-3 for 2 to 4 hours. The welding sealing is performed after vacuum degassing. The pressure of sealing sheath is maintained at temperature of 450 degrees Celsius and 120 megapascal for three hours by hot isostatic pressing. The cover of sheath is removed after hot isostatic pressing. USE - Preparation method for graphene/aluminum alloy composite material used for production of aluminum alloy conductor cable. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/aluminum alloy is added to the molten alloy liquid aluminum to maximize and improve graphene dispersed in liquid aluminum uniformity so that industrialized production of graphite of aluminum conductor cable is achieved. Provides preparation method with lower material costs suitable for industrial production and good market prospects due to preparation of simple materials and adjustable control processes.
