NOVELTY - Permanent antistatic polyolefin masterbatch comprises 60-85 pts. wt. polypropylene, 10-45 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 5-45 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 1-25 pts. wt. plasticizer, 2-15 pts. wt. reduced graphene oxide, 0.3-15 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.5-10 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.2-10 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.1-15 pts. wt. lubricant. USE - Used as permanent antistatic polyolefin masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The polyolefin masterbatch has higher antistatic performance, has raw materials which are not easy to migrate and precipitate during the use of the product, and has permanent antistatic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing permanent antistatic polyolefin masterbatch, comprising (1) preparing reduced graphene oxide, (2) adding polypropylene, compatibilizer, polyvinyl alcohol, plasticizer, reduced graphene oxide, silane coupling agent and dispersant into the high-speed mixer, and uniformly mixing, (3) adding antioxidants and lubricants into the high-speed stirrer, and uniformly mixing, and (4) adding uniformly mixed materials into the extruder, extruding, and granulating the material.
