▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene halogen-free flame-retardant high-density polyethylene comprises 100 pts. wt. graphene, 80-100 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 10-30 pts. wt. white mineral oil, 0.5-4.5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 20-40 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 8-12 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 10-20 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate, 0.25-0.65 pt. wt. dicumyl peroxide, 15-35 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, and 21-25 pts. wt. expanded graphite. USE - Graphene halogen-free flame-retardant high-density polyethylene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene halogen-free flame-retardant high-density polyethylene has a Shore hardness of 90-98, a Vicat softening point of 130-140 degrees C, constant notch impact strength and dripping resistance, an elongation at break of 350-450%, a tensile strength of 12-18 MPa, a tensile breaking strength of 20 MPa, an oxygen index of 28-30%, and a breakdown voltage of 20-30 kV/mm, uses economical raw materials, and can be prepared by a simple and easy method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene halogen-free flame-retardant high-density polyethylene, which involves mixing all raw materials at 70-80 degrees C, stirring for 20-30 minutes at 850-950 rpm, and extruding and pelletizing at zonal temperatures of 90-110 degrees C, 150-170 degrees C, 220-240 degrees C and 190-210 degrees C, and screw speed of 30-40 rpm.
