NOVELTY - Preparing stretchable strain material with robust interface comprises providing a first functional filler, first polymer material and co-aggregation medium, adding first functional filler and first polymer material to co-aggregation medium to obtain first complex material through first curing treatment, providing second functional filler, second polymer material and auxiliary dispersion medium, adding second functional filler and second polymer material to auxiliary dispersion medium, forming a second complex material through second curing treatment, where the second complex material including a second base portion and a second edge portion, providing swelling agent, swelling first edge portion and second edge portion by swelling agent under the action of first pressure, overlapping the swelled first edge portion and second edge portion, third curing treatment, and forming connecting part to obtain stretchable strain material with robust interface. USE - The method is useful for preparing a stretchable strain material with robust interface. ADVANTAGE - The method can realize that a stretchable strain material with a robust interface can maintain good strainability, conductivity and reliability at a large stretch rate.
