▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Lithium ion battery (100) having a UV-curable and printable solid electrolyte comprises: a cathode (110) including a lithium-based material comprising lithium manganese oxide, lithium cobalt oxide or lithium nickel manganese cobalt oxide; an anode (130) comprising graphene, graphite, a silicon compound or a silicon carbon composite; a UV-curable and printable solid electrolyte positioned on at least one electrode, where the UV-curable and printable solid electrolyte comprises a UV-curable and printable solid electrolyte precursor material comprising a lithium salt dissolved in at least one organic solvents; a UV-curable monomer in 4-10 wt.% the precursor material; a UV photoinitiator, where the weight ratio of the UV-curable monomer to the UV photoinitiator is 90-10 to 99-1; at least one host ion conductive polymers less than 5 wt.% the precursor material; and ceramic particles. USE - Used as a lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery: provides good ionic conductivity and sufficient mechanical strength to prevent contact/shorting between the anode and cathode; improves the electrolyte/electrodes interface by increasing the active surface area in the layer; prevents the crystallization of the ion-conductive polymers; exhibits better wettability; and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for making the lithium ion battery without a separator layer. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a cross-sectional view of a battery incorporating the solid electrolyte. Lithium ion battery (100) Cathode (110) Solid electrolyte layer (120) Anode (130)
