NOVELTY - The pad (102) has a nanotube-based film provided with a first surface that is coupled to a first heating fabric. A second heating fabric is coupled to a second opposing surface of the nanotube-based film. A flexible circuit is provided between the first heating fabric and the nanotube-based film, and facilitates increase in temperature by the first and second heating fabrics. The first heating fabric layer is provided with a monolayer of carbon atoms, which are connected to each other through sp2 hybridization to form a planar two-dimensional hexagonal honeycomb lattice structure, where the second heating fabric layer comprises a carbon fiber paper, a carbon fiber cloth and a graphite fiber cloth. USE - Flexible heating pad for use in a portable electric heater for heating an item and a product (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to food items, fluid, bodyies of living things e.g. human or animal, an electronic device, a fabric item, and/or component of a vehicle, such as a wind screen, a steering wheel and/or a seat cushion, and product, such as an insulative bag for delivering food items from a restaurant to a customer location utilized in a food industry, a piece of clothing e.g. shirt, shorts, pants, and jacket, a footwear e.g., boots and insoles for shoes, a bedding e.g. sheet, blanket, and pillow, a medical apparatus e.g. back brace, a furniture e.g. a massage chair, and coach, a wellness industry e.g. spa beds, spa mats, and massage equipment, a product in sports & fitness industry e.g. gym equipment, gym gears, pain relief heating pads, and yoga mat. ADVANTAGE - The pad utilizes the flexible circuit to facilitate increase in temperature by the first heating fabric and/or second heating fabrics, converts given amount of electric energy into heat energy to facilitate heating of items in easy manner, ensures that power is continuously supplied from the power source to the electric heater throughout use and/or transport of the insulated bag by the pocket, and peels the graphene cloth or fabric from the glass sheet, so that a two-dimensional hexagonal honeycomb structure is retained, thus ensuring that the overall performance of electrothermal conversion rate, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, stability, thermal uniformity, flexibility and longevity are improved.
