NOVELTY - A functional graphene modified polyimide film is prepared by (1) adding diamine and dianhydride in reaction kettle at room temperature, adding organic solvent under the protection of nitrogen, stirring, adding isoquinoline, heating to 180-200 degrees C, reacting for 10-14 hours, cooling and pouring the reaction solution into ethanol to make polyimide resin; (2) stirring synthesized polyimide resin and modified graphene in reaction kettle at 1500-2000 rpm for 1-3 hours to prepare film liquid; (3) removing bubbles in film liquid under vacuum condition; (4) deaerating the membrane liquid into casting film machine to cast to form the polyimide film of uniform thickness; (5) putting polyimide film into imidization furnace and putting in winder and cutting machine. USE - Preparation of functional graphene modified polyimide film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares polyimide film in which graphene dispersion degree increases in material, heat-conducting performance and mechanical performance of material increase and satisfies the needs of the market.
