NOVELTY - Preparing high strength cold rolling strip steel comprises (i) taking the aluminum powder, transferring to 800-820°C for 20-30 minutes, cooling with the furnace, and transferring to 100-120°C for 1-1.5 hours to obtain the pre-oxidized aluminum powder, (ii) taking titanium carbide powder, ultrasonically cleaning with acetone for 50-60 minutes, soaking to concentrated hydrochloric acid, drying to obtain the pre-treated titanium carbide powder, mixing the nickel sulfate, ammonium sulfate and aqueous ammonia to obtain the reaction liquid, transferring the reaction liquid to the high pressure kettle, adding pre-treated titanium carbide powder, heating to 130-140°C, filling hydrogen, (iii) taking graphene, copper powder, zirconia ball blending, adding anhydrous ethanol, ball milling for 3-4 hours under nitrogen environment, sieving to obtain the slurry, (iv) taking the strip steel substrate, transferring to the sodium hydroxide solution, alkali washing for 20-30 minutes. USE - The method is useful for preparing high strength cold rolling strip steel. ADVANTAGE - The method improves bonding performance with the strip steel matrix, improves corrosion resistance of the strip surface, improves surface hardness, enhances wear resistance is enhanced, and has high practicability.
