NOVELTY - Graphene modified neoprene rubber comprises 100-120 pts. wt. neoprene, 2-7 pts. wt. sulfur, 1-5 pts. wt. auxiliary crosslinking agent TAIC, 2-30 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 30-40 pts. wt. carbon black, 10-17 pts. wt. lignin modified NBR, 16-20 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted graphene solution, 1-5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent and 1-5 pts. wt. dispersant. USE - The graphene modified neoprene rubber is useful for preparing high performance rubber V-belt, which is useful in mechanical transmission. ADVANTAGE - The vulcanized rubber of the rubber has high tensile strength, good heat resistance, strong conductive ability and fatigue-resistant characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparing the graphene modified neoprene rubber, comprising (1) taking lignin modified NBR, adding in maleic anhydride grafted graphene solution, adding dispersant under stirring condition, uniformly stirring, filtering with suction, washing the filter cake using water, and drying it in vacuum to obtain the premix, (2) taking the premixed material and mixing with neoprene, plasticizing it on an open mill with a roller distance of 2-4 mm, controlling the roller temperature at 40-50°C, and plasticizing for 10-15 minutes to obtain the plasticized rubber, and (3) mixing in two stages, in the first stage of mixing, placing the plastic compound rubber obtained in the step (2) into the internal mixer, banburying for 1-2 minutes, then opening the top bolt, adding zinc oxide, stearic acid, calcium stearate and carbon black, banburying for 3-5 minutes, controlling the debinding temperature at 130-150°C, after kneading, producing the slices according to the thickness of 8-12 mm, and cooling the fan at room temperature to obtain a section of mixed rubber, which is parked for 6-10 hours, then carrying out two-stage mixing, taking the obtained one-stage mixed rubber, sulfur, auxiliary crosslinking agent TAIC, placing it into the internal mixer, mixing for 3-4 minutes, controlling the glue discharge temperature at 120-130°C, preparing the second-stage mixed rubber by turning over, 8-12 mm in thickness, and cooling by a fan at room temperature; and high-performance rubber V-belt prepared from graphene modified neoprene rubber, the preparation process of the rubber V-belt comprises the steps: (1) taking graphene modified neoprene rubber, extruding sheet by cold feeding and making buffer glue and bonding glue, buffer glue, bonding glue and wire rope to make wire core, (2) taking graphene modified neoprene rubber, extruding molding by cold feed, and making isosceles trapezoidal base glue, (3) taking graphene modified neoprene, after pulping, placing canvas and dipping in glue, then taking out and drying, and making glued canvas, (4) on the gluing machine, compounding the base glue and the wire core and cutting, and then transferring to the forming wrapping machine to cover the rubber canvas and making a strip blank, and (5) installing the belt blank on the mold, and obtaining the rubber V-belt product after vulcanization.
