NOVELTY - High temperature direct-spraying antibacterial ink comprises 40-60 wt.% color paste, 5-15 wt.% glycerol, 10-20 wt.% sorbitol, 1-5 wt.% alkyne glycol surfactant, 0.1-5 wt.% fluorocarbon surfactant and water. The color paste comprises disperse toner, solvent, sodium salt of polynaphthalene sulfonic acid, sodium acrylate sulfonate polymer, styrene acrylic polymer, polyoxyethylene ether dispersant, graphene quantum dots and water. The disperse toner comprises disperse red dye, disperse yellow dye, disperse blue dye and/or disperse orange dyes. The dispersed red dyes comprises e.g. disperse red 33, disperse red 54, disperse red 179 and disperse red 343. The dispersed yellow dye comprises disperse yellow 30, disperse yellow 134 and/or disperse yellow 163. The dispersed blue dye comprises disperse blue 60, disperse blue 115, disperse blue 165, disperse blue 183, and/or disperse blue 291. The dispersed orange dye comprises disperse orange 44 and/or disperse orange 30. USE - Used as high temperature direct-spraying antibacterial ink comprising e.g. color paste. ADVANTAGE - The ink has good luminous effect, excellent hand feeling and fastness on chemical fiber fabrics, antibacterial properties; prevents the fabric from going mildew and has broad market application prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - High temperature direct-spraying antibacterial ink comprises 40-60 wt.% color paste, 5-15 wt.% glycerol, 10-20 wt.% sorbitol, 1-5 wt.% alkyne glycol surfactant, 0.1-5 wt.% fluorocarbon surfactant and water (remaining amount). The color paste comprises 20-30 wt.% disperse toner, 10-20 wt.% solvent, 5-20 wt.% sodium salt of polynaphthalene sulfonic acid (Dispersant NNO), 5-15 wt.% sodium acrylate sulfonate polymer, 5-20 wt.% styrene acrylic polymer, 1-8 wt.% polyoxyethylene ether dispersant, 0.1-10 wt.% graphene quantum dots and water (remaining amount). The dispersed toner comprises disperse red dye, disperse yellow dye, disperse blue dye and/or disperse orange dyes. The dispersed red dyes comprises disperse red 33, disperse red 54, disperse red 74, disperse red 92, disperse red 152, disperse red 153, disperse red 167, disperse red 177, disperse red 179 and/or disperse red 343. The dispersed yellow dye comprises disperse yellow 30, disperse yellow 44, disperse yellow 73, disperse yellow 114, disperse yellow 134 and/or disperse yellow 163. The dispersed blue dye comprises disperse blue 60, disperse blue 73, disperse blue 79, disperse blue 87, disperse blue 115, disperse blue 165, disperse blue 183, and/or disperse blue 291.
