▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene-reinforced polyvinyl chloride pipe comprises 100 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 3-5 pts. wt. calcium-zinc stabilizer, 0.01-0.5 pt. wt. graphene, 0.5-5 pts. wt. chlorinated polyethylene, 0.5-2 pts. wt. lubricant, 5-25 pts. wt. calcium carbonate and 0.5-4 pts. wt. processing additive. USE - Graphene-reinforced polyvinyl chloride pipe. ADVANTAGE - In the graphene-reinforced polyvinyl chloride pipe, graphene has obvious reinforcing effect on polyvinyl chloride. The pipe has very low graphene content. Graphene is pre-dispersed in a mixed solution of water and alcohol by ultrasonic dispersion, and water and alcohol are volatilized during mixing to achieve uniform dispersion of graphene in polyvinyl chloride and reduce agglomeration of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene-reinforced polyvinyl chloride pipe, which involves (i) mixing water and alcohol in a mass ratio of 20:1 to obtain a mixed liquid, adding the mixed liquid, graphene and a surfactant, placing in an ultrasonically-dispersing machine and ultrasonically-dispersing while stirring for 10-20 minutes to obtain a graphene dispersion, (ii) adding polyvinyl chloride resin, calcium-zinc stabilizer, chlorinated polyethylene, lubricant, calcium carbonate and processing additive to a high-speed mixer, mixing at 300-500 rpm for 2-3 minutes, adding the graphene dispersion, mixing at 1000-1500 rpm, heating at 110-120degrees Celsius, adding to a cold mixer, stirring and cooling to 50-55degrees Celsius to obtain a mixture, and (iii) extruding the mixture through an extruder die, sizing, cooling, cutting and towing. The mass ratio of graphene with respect to mixed liquid is 1:10-30. The mass ratio of surfactant with respect to graphene is 1:10-50.
