▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The material (13) has a single layer coal-based pitch coated graphene sheet separated from graphite through chemical exfoliating process, where the pitch is included by 6 to 15 wt.% based on a total amount of the material for a secondary battery. An edge portion of a surface of the graphene sheet is partially exposed in a case that the amount of a pitch in the material for the secondary battery is less than 6 wt.%, where an excessive amount of amorphous carbon layer is included in a case that the amount of the pitch is greater than 15 wt.%. USE - Conductive material for use in an electrode of a secondary battery i.e. lithium secondary battery (all claimed), used as a power source of electronic products. ADVANTAGE - The material uses graphene provided with self-expressing capacity and conducts active materials with a large contacting area of a current collector and great moving path of electrons so as to improve electrical conductivity between the active materials and a current collector during manufacturing of the secondary battery. The pitch coated graphene sheet increases energy density of the secondary battery to improve life characteristics of the secondary battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The material allows electrode active material selected from a group consisting of lithium-containing titanium complex oxide (LTO), natural graphite, synthetic graphite, expanded graphite, carbon fiber, non-graphitizable carbons, carbon black, carbon nanotube, fullerene, activated carbon and metal oxide. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing conductive material of a secondary battery (2) an electrode for a secondary battery (3) a lithium secondary battery. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view illustrating a method for manufacturing an electrode for a secondary battery. Electrode active material (11) Conductive material (13)
