▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A lithium-replenishing cathode comprises a porous current collector located at the upper surface and the lower surface of the porous current collector of the lithium coating, and the active material layer located on the surface of the lithium coating. The lithium coating is further filled in the through-hole of the porous current collector and comprises 90-98 wt.% metal lithium powder, 1-5 wt.% mixture of electronic good conductor and lithium-ion good conductor, and 1-5 wt.% binder. USE - Lithium-replenishing cathode used in lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cathode improves discharge efficiency, energy density and conductivity of the battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of lithium-replenishing cathode which involves (a) selecting proper pre-lithiation capacity according to the capacity of the silicon-carbon cathode, accurately calculating the quality of the needed metal lithium powder according to the needed pre-lithiation capacity using any one of magnetron sputtering deposition or spraying coating to deposit the lithium-replenishing slurry on the through-hole and surface of the porous current collector and obtaining the porous current collector containing lithium coating, (b) homogenizing the cathode active material, conductive agent, binder and solvent based on certain proportion and order, coating the cathode slurry on the surface of the porous current collector containing lithium coating, drying at 80-120 degrees C and rolling to obtain the lithium cathode pole piece; and (2) lithium ion battery which comprises a positive electrode and a separator.
