▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The manufacturing method of carbon-based composite electric heating ceramic tile by plasma thermal spraying method involves: (1) adhering a patterned mask to a back surface of the ceramic tile; (2) spraying graphene or other carbon-based conductive materials on the surface of the ceramic tile by plasma thermal spraying method to form a film, where the spraying area is mainly concentrated in the hollowed area of the mask; and (3) removing the mask to obtain a carbon-based conductive circuit film on the back surface of the tile. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing carbon-based composite electric heating ceramic tile by plasma thermal spraying method. ADVANTAGE - The method manufactures the carbon-based composite electric heating ceramic tile with prolonged service life in a safe manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The manufacturing method of carbon-based composite electric heating ceramic tile by plasma thermal spraying method involves: (1) adhering a patterned mask to a back surface of the ceramic tile; (2) spraying graphene or other carbon-based conductive materials on the surface of the ceramic tile by plasma thermal spraying method to form a film, where the spraying area is mainly concentrated in the hollowed area of the mask; (3) removing the mask to obtain a carbon-based conductive circuit film on the back surface of the tile; and (4) spraying a heat insulation film on the back surface of the whole ceramic tile for heat insulation and insulation protection. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the carbon-based composite electric heating ceramic tile prepared by the above method.
