NOVELTY - The multi-purpose thermal net has a Carbon nanotubes or graphene fibers which are spun into yarns to create a net structure yarn, and any of the warp and weft yarns is used as a heat-generating structure yarn. A structural yarn is not used as heat-generating yarn in a low-temperature range of 50 degree C or less. The Carbon nanotube or graphene fiber is spun into yarn and twisted as a net structure yarn. A net is prepared and one of the warp and weft yarns is used as a heat generating yarn and supplied with a direct current (DC) voltage of 12V class. A heating rope with a DC voltage of 12V class supplies power to the heat-generating structure strand and a heating temperature of 60 degree C or less in a low temperature range. USE - Multi-purpose thermal net with heat-dissipating fin-structured vinyl sheet that uses heat-conducting yarn, used in field of technology of heat conduction structure. ADVANTAGE - The target temperature is set effectively within about three minutes at a target temperature. The damage caused by snowfall is avoided.
