NOVELTY - Preparation of single layer tungsten disulfide-graphene composite nanomaterial comprises dispersing ultrasonically graphene oxide in deionized water, adding cationic surface active agent and stirring, adding with thio-ammonium meta-tungstate, stirring, dropping 85% hydrazine hydrate at dropping volume X, where X/mL being equivalent to Yx Z/mmol, Y being equivalent to 1.24-2.98 and Z representing amount of thio-ammonium meta-tungstate, stirring continuously, heating to 95 degrees C and refluxing, centrifuging to separate formed solids, washing with deionized water, drying in vacuum and heat treating. USE - Method for preparing single layer tungsten disulfide-graphene composite nanomaterial (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy for industrial-scale mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of single layer tungsten disulfide-graphene composite nanomaterial comprises dispersing ultrasonically graphene oxide (26.8-60.3 mmol/L) in deionized water, adding cationic surface active agent (0.01-0.05 M) and stirring, adding with thio-ammonium meta-tungstate at mass ratio of 1:1-1:4 to graphene oxide, stirring, dropping 85% hydrazine hydrate at dropping volume X, where X/mL being equivalent to Yx Z/mmol, Y being equivalent to 1.24-2.98 and Z representing amount of thio-ammonium meta-tungstate, stirring continuously, heating to 95 degrees C and refluxing for 5-9 hours, centrifuging to separate formed solids, washing with deionized water, drying in vacuum at 100 degrees C, and heat treating at 800 degrees C for 2 hours under mixed atmosphere of nitrogen and 10 vol.% hydrogen.
