NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-reinforced rubber involves weighing 10-20 pts. wt. graphene powder, 100-120 pts. wt. deionized water, 8-12 pts. wt. dendritic polyamidoamine, 5-10 pts. wt. silica, 5-10 pts. wt. surface active agent, 110-130 pts. wt. natural rubber emulsion, 5-10 pts. wt. zinc oxide and 4-8 pts. wt. antioxidants, adding the specified dendrimer polyamidoamine, silicon dioxide, surfactant, graphene powder and deionized water into low-speed mixer for mixing and stirring to obtain modified graphite. The modified graphene aqueous solution and natural rubber emulsion are directly polymerized, then the polymer is mixed, stirred and uniformly dispersed by an ultrasonic disperser to obtain a mixed solution. The mixed solution is dried to obtain the mixed glue solution, then the specified weight parts of zinc oxide, antioxidant and mixed glue solution are added to the mixing equipment for mixing, and the mixing is completed afterwards to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing graphene-reinforced rubber. ADVANTAGE - The method has good water solubility, so as to improve the speed of the mixing reaction, improves the synergistic effect of graphene and other filler, comprehensive performance of the rubber, heat conducting coefficient of the rubber, prolongs the service life, in simple and cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing graphene-reinforced rubber, which involves preparing graphene powder by a mechanical exfoliation method, and the surfactant is an anionic surfactant; and (2) a preparation device for graphene reinforced rubber, which comprises mixed solution preparation device and a rubber preparation device, the mixed solution preparation device includes a low-speed mixer and an ultrasonic disperser, and the rubber preparation device includes a drying box and mixing equipment.
