NOVELTY - Enhancing low oxygen content graphene dispersibility comprises weighing 0.1-1 pts. wt. graphene powder, stirring with 90-99.9 pts. wt. deionized water, and dispersing under ultrasonic condition; putting processed dispersion in reaction kettle, stirring, and water bath heating to 60-80 degrees C; weighing 0.1-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, and adding into reaction kettle by dropping for 0.5-1.5 hours; mixing 40-60 pts. wt. modified graphene dispersion liquid, 20-30 pts. wt. polyether macromonomer and 0.1-1 pts. wt. initiator; putting in reaction kettle at 200-400 revolutions/minute; weighing 2-6 pts. wt. acrylic acid or methacrylic acid and 1-3 pts. wt. p-styrene sulfonic acid sodium, and weighing 2-6 pts. wt. water to prepare liquid; weighing 0.1-1 wt.% reducing agent and 0.1-1 wt.% chain transfer agent to prepare second solution; and stirring uniformly, dropping, dripping for 2-3.5 hours, and replenishing water to reaction system. USE - The method is used for enhancing low oxygen content graphene dispersibility. ADVANTAGE - The method has mild reaction condition, and does not need or only needs small amount of organic solvent. The device requirement is not high. It can solve dispersion problem of graphene, and reduce dispersion cost.
