NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene composite material involves adding a host metal material to melting crucible of melting casting system, and controlling melting heater and then smelting, simultaneously heating the melt in a centrifugal casting heater, and passing the infrared thermometer (I) and infrared thermometer (II) in a centrifugal casting mold, injecting methane gas through a reaction gas injection pipe, decomposing methane gas into carbon and hydrogen on the surface of the melt in the centrifugal mold, forming layer of graphene, opening melt control valve, pouring molten melt into the horizontally arranged centrifugal mold through the melt runner, closing melt control valve, cooling composite layer in the centrifugal mold under centrifugal rotation, injecting the melt into the centrifugal mold and solidifying into solid, then filling with methane to form graphene-alloy composite layer and then repeating. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and quick preparation of graphene composite material with low energy consumption.
