▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of vanadium-nitrogen alloy comprises mixing vanadium trioxide, graphene and calcium sulfate crystal whiskers at weight ratio of 2-6:1:0.01-0.03, stirring, adding 1-1 wt.% ammonium chloride and 0.1-5 wt.% ammonium sulfate, stirring, introducing nitrogen and trichloromethylsilane, and performing carbonization and nitridation reaction at 1000-1500degrees Celsius and at nitrogen gas pressure of 1-2 MPa for 1-5 hours. USE - The method is for preparation of vanadium-nitrogen alloy. ADVANTAGE - The method provides vanadium-nitrogen alloy with high nitrogen content, shortens the reaction time and reduces the reaction temperature. The method is simple, and can be carried out from the raw material, using the nitrogen and trichloromethyl silane for carbonization and nitridation reaction, shortening the process flow, improving the product yield.
