NOVELTY - Thin coating type heavy anticorrosive coating comprises component A and component B, where the component A comprises 20-40 pts. wt. complex resin, 0.5-1 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 1.5-5 pts. wt. thixotropic agent, 1-10 pts. wt. glass flake, 1-10 pts. wt. modified graphene slurry, 20-55 pts. wt. functional filler and 5-20 pts. wt. filler and the component B comprises 30-60 pts. wt. complex curing agent and 10-20 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Used as thin coating type heavy anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The thin coating solves the problem of slow film drying time, more construction period, insufficient flexibility, prone to cracking, peeling and other coating failure problems, long-term heavy-duty corrosion protection for steel structures and concrete projects in marine environments, and is economical. The method is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the thin coating type heavy anticorrosive coating, comprising (i) (a) adding the complex resin into a reaction container for mixing and stirring, (b) adding defoamer, dispersant and solvent into the reaction vessel while stirring, (c) adding thixotropic agent into the reaction container for stirring and dispersion, (d) adding filler, functional filler, and modified graphene slurry into the reaction vessel, stirring and dispersing, where the detection fineness is /~ 80 m, and (e) adding glass flakes into the reaction container, stirring and dispersing, filter and packaging to obtain component A, and (ii) mixing different types of curing agents, stirring, filtering and packaging to obtain component B.
