NOVELTY - The method involves removing oxide from a surface of nickel foam. The nickel foam is soaked into a graphene oxide dispersion liquid, which is heated at room temperature, to remove water. The nickel foam and the graphene oxide dispersion liquid are filled into a centrifugal tube. A chemical etching process is performed to remove nickel metal/hydroiodic acid to form a graphite oxide/nickel foam composite electrode. The graphite oxide/nickel foam composite electrode is dipped into the hydroiodic acid solution. USE - Three-dimensional graphene ultra-capacitor electrode material preparing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables effectively improving working performance in a simple and easy manner so as to reduce manufacturing cost of an ultra-capacitor.
