▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing thermoplastic resin composite material impregnated with carbon nano-materials, comprises preparing a carbon nano-material (CNM); mixing the carbon nano-material with an alcohol-based solvent to gel; swelling the thermoplastic polymer particles using an organic solvent; mixing the gelled carbon nano-material with the swollen thermoplastic polymer particles in an organic solvent; and irradiating ultrasonic waves to the mixture. USE - The method is useful for producing thermoplastic resin composite material impregnated with carbon nano-materials. ADVANTAGE - The thermoplastic resin composite material has high degree of dispersibility of nano-particles as per requirement, and excellent low specific gravity with increased rigidity despite the small content of carbon nano-materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for thermoplastic resin composite material impregnated with carbon nano-materials on the surface of thermoplastic resin particles, manufactured by above method.
