▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Aluminum-based composite material comprises 15-25 wt.% boron carbide, 3-5 wt.% graphene or hexagonal boron nitride, and 70-82 wt.% aluminum alloy; the average particle size of the boron carbide is 3-8 microm, the average size of the graphene or hexagonal boron nitride is 100 nm, and the aluminum alloy is aluminum-copper aluminum alloy. USE - The aluminum-based composite material is useful in aviation, aerospace, automobile, military industry, and research fields. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum-based composite material: has density of 2.5-2.6g/cm3; the boron carbide reinforcing body in the composite material is the third hard ceramic particles in nature, the wear resistance is excellent; has self-lubricating property, graphene and hexagonal boron nitride are layered structure; can effectively spread on the surface to form a self-lubricating film under the working state.
