NOVELTY - The sheet has a graphene-resin multi-layer vertically arranged on a plane of an adhesion layer. The adhesion layer is made of resins of acrylic, silicone, rubber system, polyurethane, vinyl acetate or epoxy. A sheet part is arranged with magnetic material and a metallic layer. The magnetic material is made of 0.2-10 pts. wt. grapheme, iron oxide, iron, aluminum, chromium, molybdenum, sodium, titanium, copper, gold, silicon, silver or zinc. The metallic layer is made of calcium carbonate, aluminum oxide, aluminum hydroxide, silicon carbide, boron nitride, aluminum-nitride, metal or ceramics. USE - Radiation sheet for performing heat dissipation in different goods of an electronic machine. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-resin multi-layer is vertically arranged in a contact surface of the sheet part so as to improve heat dissipation from different goods of an electronic machine along vertical direction, so that malfunction and heat generation of the electronic machine can be reduced and service life of the electronic machine can be increased. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The graphene-resin multi-layer is made of carbon system filler, metal filler, metal compound filler or resin system filler. The resins comprise polyacrylate, polymethacrylate, polystyrene, polyester, polyolefin, polyamide resin, polyimide, polyphenyleneoxide, polyether-ether ketone, polyphenylenesulfide, fluorine containing polymer, PVC resin, polyvinyl butyral, polyvinyl alcohol, ethylhydroxyethyl cellulose, polyaniline, polypyrrole, polyacetylene, polythiophene or polies 3,4- ethylenedioxythiophene.
