▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The self-generating electrocardiogram signal monitor comprises a skin-friendly layer, a biological signal sensor (10) and a friction electric nano-generator (20) set on the skin-friendly layer. The friction electric nanogenerator is used for generating electric energy and conveying to the biological signal sensor. The biological signal sensor is used for detecting electrocardiographic signals and transmitting the detected electrocardiographic signals to an external terminal. The friction electric nanometre generator consists of an upper electrode layer, a first friction layer, an elastic layer, a second friction layer and a lower electrode layer arranged in sequence. The first friction layer is provided with a nanometre-grade polytetrafluoroethylene film layer, and the second friction layer is provided with an aluminium foil layer. The skin-friendly layer is prepared by graphene oxide-polyvinyl alcohol nanometre composite material. USE - Self-generating electrocardiogram signal monitor. ADVANTAGE - The self-generating electrocardiogram signal monitor can detect some index information of the patient and monitor the physiological symptom of patient by obtaining the index information. The friction electric nano-generator is capable of generating electricity by means of user walking, vibration or extrusion caused by movement, and the electric energy is provided to the biological signal sensor for working and converting into electric energy and conveying to the biometric signal sensor. The first friction layer and the second friction layer have materials with different friction electric properties. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of the self-generating electrocardiogram signal monitor. 10Biological signal sensor 20Friction electric nanometer generator 30Nano-wire
