NOVELTY - Manufacture of high-rigidity polymeric compound involves preparing carbon fiber, glass fiber, carbon nanotube, graphite, polymer material, dispersant and solvent, mixing 10-40 wt.% carbon fiber, 5-25 wt.% glass fiber, 1-15 wt.% carbon nanotube, graphite, and graphene, and remainder of polymer material to obtain mixture material, mixing 93-99.5 wt.% mixture material and 0.5-7 wt.% dispersant, mixing mixture in the solvent, drying milled material, and molding the dried mixture into a pellet shape. USE - Manufacture of high-rigidity polymeric compound (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polymeric compound is manufactured efficiently with high rigidity and excellent electromagnetic wave-shielding performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of high-rigidity polymeric compound involves preparing carbon fiber, glass fiber, carbon nanotube, graphite, polymer material, dispersant and solvent, mixing 10-40 wt.% carbon fiber, 5-25 wt.% glass fiber, 1-15 wt.% carbon nanotube, graphite, and graphene, and remainder of polymer material to obtain mixture material, mixing 93-99.5 wt.% mixture material and 0.5-7 wt.% dispersant, mixing mixture in the solvent, drying milled material, and molding the dried mixture into a pellet shape. The polymeric material is chosen from polycarbonate, poly(phenylene sulfide), poly(butylenes terephthalate), polyamide, polypropylene, polyethylene, poly(methyl methacrylate), ethylene vinyl acetate, polyvinyl butyral and polyether ketone. The solvent is chosen from methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, butanol etc, benzene, xylene, ethylene glycol, butyl carbitol, ethyl cellosolve, glycerol and dimethyl sulfoxide.
