▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves depositing and processing graphene containing material from solution to form a graphene containing film. The graphene containing film is thermally processed to adjust electrical characteristics. A predetermined portion of the thermally processed graphene containing film is metalized. The thermally processed graphene containing film is crimped to generate a predetermined profile. The thermally processed graphene containing film is processed to form a ribbon and a diaphragm. USE - Method for forming graphene oxide based on an acoustic transducer for use in a microphone of a portable electronic device. Uses include but are not limited to portable multimedia players, portable gaming systems, smartphones, cellular telephone, a personal digital assistant, a portable computer, a pager, a laptop computer, a tablet computer and an electronic reader. ADVANTAGE - The methods enables utilizing large-scale elements from precursor materials that are less expensive to produce, thus maintaining larger sizes and complex forms of pure graphene in an easier manner. The method allows a diaphragm to produce better sound quality by reducing low frequency performance and a Mylar (RTM: Polyester film) diaphragms harmonic distortion when the diaphragm is compared to the Mylar (RTM: Polyester film) diaphragm due to lower distortion level and flatter frequency response. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an acoustic transducer element. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a loudspeaker for headphones.
