NOVELTY - A manganese-based cathode material preparing method involves mixing coated graphene with mixed metal solution, and putting oxalic acid or oxalate solution of mixed metal salt solution into a reaction bottle. The obtained mixture is centrifuged, and obtained precipitate is washed with distilled water. The obtained mixture is dried to obtain precursor. The precursor is mixed with lithium carbonate and lithium hydride uniformly, grinded and sintered to obtain lithium-rich manganese-based solid solution. The manganese-based solid solution is mixed with aqueous graphene solution, dried and sintered. USE - Method for preparing manganese-based cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing manganese-based cathode material with improved conductivity and electrochemical circulation stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A manganese-based cathode material preparing method involves mixing coated graphene with mixed metal solution of Li1+x(MyMn1-x-y)O2 of formula (I), where M is nickel, cobalt or manganese, preparing oxalic acid or oxalate solution of mixed metal solution, putting the oxalic acid or oxalate solution of mixed metal salt solution into reaction bottle with peristaltic pump at flow rate of 5-20 ml/minute, water bath temperature of 53-58 degrees C and stirring speed of 500-650 revolutions/minute. The obtained mixture is centrifuged and washing obtained precipitate with distilled water to remove residual iron. The obtained mixture is dried at 50-100 degrees C to obtain precursor. The precursor is mixed with lithium carbonate and lithium hydride uniformly, grinded and sintered in muffle furnace at 400-600 degrees C for 3-6 hours and 800-1000 degrees C for 10-25 hours at a heating rate of 3-10 degrees C/minute to obtain lithium-rich manganese-based solid solution. The manganese-based solid solution is mixed with aqueous graphene solution, and dried in baking box, followed by sintering product at 200-380 degrees C under air atmosphere.
