▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing graphene hybrid material, comprises (a) applying threshold energy on a graphene material containing impurities for vaporizing the impurities to produce a pretreated graphene material, and (b) mixing nano plate material having different thickness then the pretreated graphene material, and contacting the surfaces between the materials to be wider by allowing the thinner material of the pretreated graphene material and the nano plate material to pass between the thicker material. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene hybrid material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves physical properties, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity properties of graphene hybrid material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing graphene hybrid material, comprises either: (a) applying threshold energy on a graphene material containing impurities for vaporizing the impurities to produce a pretreated graphene material, and (b) mixing nano plate material having different thickness then the pretreated graphene material, and contacting the surfaces between the materials to be wider by allowing the thinner material of the pretreated graphene material and the nano plate material to pass between the thicker material; or (a1) preparing a graphene material containing impurities, and (b1) mixing the graphene material with nano-plate material having a thickness different, and applying threshold energy for vaporizing the impurities to increase contact surface between the graphene material and the nano-plate material to pass thin material between the graphene material and the nano-plate material through the thick material and removing the impurities. INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for: (1) removing graphene material impurities by applying threshold energy on graphene material containing non-graphene nano-carbon material produced with graphene fabrication, dried or amorphous portion of the graphene edge, naturally occurring graphene or oxidized graphene, and/or non-carbon material impurities; and (2) graphene hybrid material produced by the above method.
