NOVELTY - The battery has a substrate (1) whose bottom part is formed with an electric conduction coating film layer (2), an N-type amorphous silicon thin film layer (3), an I-type amorphous silicon thin film layer (4) and a graphite alkene layer (5). A solar-energy battery main body is provided with a primary electrode (6) and a secondary electrode (7). The primary electrode is arranged with the electric conduction coating film layer. The secondary electrode is arranged with the graphite alkene layer. Thickness of the electric conduction coating film layer is 1-500 nm. USE - Graphene/amorphous silicon solar-energy battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery has high conversion efficiency and simple operation. The battery can be manufactured at low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene/amorphous silicon solar-energy battery manufacturing method.
