NOVELTY - Semi-conductive shielded graphene masterbatch comprises 85-93% master carrier, 5-10% graphite, 1.5-3% plasticizer and 0.5-2% dispersant. The master carrier is acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin, polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) polystyrene resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) resin, natural rubber and nitrile rubber. The graphite is scaly graphite, expanded graphite, high orientation graphite, pyrolytic graphite and oxidized graphite. USE - Semi-conductive shielded graphene masterbatch used for cable (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The masterbatch has low cost, no pollution and promotes production of graphene cable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Semi-conductive shielded graphene masterbatch comprises 85-93% master carrier, 5-10% graphite, 1.5-3% plasticizer and 0.5-2% dispersant. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of semi-conductive shielded graphene masterbatch comprising mixing 85-93% masterbatch, 1.5-3% plasticizer and 0.5-2% dispersant, mixing at 600-1200 revolutions per minute for 10-25 minutes to obtain premix, adding premix and 5-10% graphite, mixing to obtain masterbatch carrier and graphite mixed material, dispersing mixed material, extruding, natural cooling, cutting and air drying.
