NOVELTY - Building heat insulating paint comprises 20-30 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 15-25 pts. wt. styrene-acrylic emulsion, 10-20 pts. wt. water-based epoxy resin emulsion, 4-7 pts. wt. isocyanate, 6-9 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-4 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 2-3 pts. wt. zirconia, 3-5 pts. wt. thickening agent, 4-8 pts. wt. alumina aerogel modified perlite, 1-3 pts. wt. complex fungicide, 2-5 pts. wt. Chinese herbal medicinal extract, 3-6 pts. wt. coalescing agent and 30-40 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Used as building heat insulating paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has low-thermal conductivity, good heat insulation effect, good crack resistance, good aging resistance, stable performance and good flame retardancy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the paint, comprising (i) placing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, a styrene-acrylic emulsion and an aqueous epoxy resin emulsion in a reaction kettle, adding deionized water, heating at 50-60 degrees C, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain mixture A, (ii) sequentially adding titanium dioxide, graphene oxide, nano-titanium dioxide and zirconium oxide to the mixture A, and placing in a high-speed disperser and dispersing at high speed to obtain mixture B, and (iii) mixing the remaining raw materials and mixture B in a reaction kettle, heating at 60-70 degrees C, vacuuming, stirring and mixing for 1-2 hours, and cooling at room conditions.
