▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of magnetic oxide graphene/chitosan adsorbent, involves oxidizing graphite powder to oxidized graphite and then stripping into graphene oxide, mixing ferrous iron salt, trivalent iron salt, graphene oxide and distilled water, and adding ammonium hydroxide, to obtain magnetic oxide graphene composite material, dissolving magnetic oxide graphene in distilled water, mixing magnetic graphene solution and chitosan solution, then adding glutaraldehyde and sodium hydroxide solution, separating the resulting product, and drying, to obtain magnetic oxide graphene/chitosan adsorbent. USE - Production of magnetic oxide graphene/chitosan adsorbent used for removing organic substance such as dye in water system (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The removal of waste water dye is rapid and effective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Production of magnetic oxide graphene/chitosan adsorbent, involves oxidizing graphite powder to oxidized graphite and then ultrasonically stripping into graphene oxide, adding 1-15 g ferrous iron salt, 1-10 g trivalent iron salt, 0.1-5 g graphene oxide and 50-500 ml distilled water to the beaker, ultrasonically dispersing in the ultrasound device for 1-6 hours, and then adding ammonium hydroxide to adjust the pH to 7-12, performing centrifugal separation of the product, and drying at 30-100 degrees C in a vacuum oven, to obtain magnetic oxide graphene composite material, dissolving 0.5-2 g magnetic oxide graphene in distilled water, and dispersing for 1-3 hours, adding 0.5-3 g chitosan to acetic acid solution and dispersing for 1-3 hours, mixing 10-100 ml magnetic graphene solution and 10-100 ml chitosan solution, then adding 50% glutaraldehyde, stirring, adding sodium hydroxide solution to adjust the pH of the solution to 8-12, stirring for 2-3 hours, separating the resulting product, and vacuum drying, to obtain magnetic oxide graphene/chitosan adsorbent.
