NOVELTY - A nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots analyzing method involves analyzing the nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots by laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry. USE - Method for analyzing nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots. ADVANTAGE - The method enables analyzing nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots with small particle size, better uniformity, better salt tolerance and dispersibility, better signal reproducibility and high detection sensitivity. The nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots are used as a matrix to detect amino acids, fatty acids, sugars in matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-mass spectrometry negative ion mode.
