NOVELTY - A plastic pipe comprises 10-150 pts. wt. PVC resin, 2-3 pts. wt. calcium-zinc stabilizing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. titanium pigment, 2-3 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene micro-piece, 0.5-1 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. paraffin, and 0.1-0. 3 pts. wt. anti-UV agent. USE - Plastic pipe for use as water supply pipe. ADVANTAGE - The plastic pipe has reduced cost, better safety, better reliability, good fire-retardant properties, and better prevention effect of the growth of bacteria during water supply. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for producing a plastic pipe, which involves weighing raw materials, mixing the materials in hot mix machine at 100-110 degrees C and cold-mixing at 30-40 degrees C to obtain mixed material, extruding the mixed material in a screw extruder at screw speed of 20-30 rpm, a cylinder temperature of 150-175 degrees C, mold temperature of 140-160 degrees C, and die temperature of 150-210 degrees C, performing vacuum cooling sizing using sizing tank after extrusion and mold, followed by performing printing identification and cutting to fixed-length, testing, packing and storing.
