▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-silver nanoparticle composite film includes mixing the graphene oxide and hydrazine hydrate in de-ionized water to obtain dispersion, adding soluble silver salt and sodium citrate, reduction to obtain graphene-silver nanoparticle composite solution, centrifuging, washing in de-ionized water, removing excess reducing agent and free silver nanoparticles on the substrate and drying. USE - Preparation of graphene-silver nanoparticle composite film for ultraviolet detector. ADVANTAGE - Graphene based silver nanoparticle composite film has larger photocurrent from ultraviolet light, thus lessening recovery time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-silver nanoparticle composite film comprises ultrasonic mixing the graphene oxide and hydrazine hydrate in de-ionized water to obtain dispersion where graphene oxide and hydrazine hydrate ratio is 1:10-40, oxidized graphene at 0.3-0.6 g/L, reacting for 24-48 hours in a 100 degrees C oil bath, adding soluble silver salt and sodium citrate, adding deionized water, ultrasonic mixing, adding soluble silver salt and sodium citrate at a ratio of 50-100:1 where the concentration of soluble silver salt is 0.02-0.05 mol/L, uniformly mixing, ultrasonic stirring and reacting for 1 to 2 hours, reduction to obtain graphene-silver nanoparticle composite solution, centrifuging, washing in de-ionized water, removing excess reducing agent and free silver nanoparticles on the substrate and drying. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing is a flowchart of the preparation of graphene-silver nanoparticle composite film (Drawing includes non-English language text).
