▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves preliminarily connecting a power supply wire in air electric blade molding process for heating a de-icing system. Certain length of a blade shear web is reserved. A graphene heating film is formed with a shell. A power line is connected to the graphite heating film. An electrode is fixed to an edge part of the graphite heating film. The power supply wire is connected with a control system to control opening and closing operations of a heating system power supply according to temperature and humidity signal of wind field environment. USE - Graphene heating and de-icing based air power blade manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables adopting graphite heating film connection structural design to improve heating stability and reliability of the graphene heating film, effectively reducing external shape influence of an air power blade, avoiding air power blade surface icing problem under cold climate environment, increasing working safety and efficiency and ensuring high practicability of the air power blade.
