NOVELTY - Aqueous high-barrier coating solution comprises 0.5-15 pts. wt. hydroxyl group-containing water-soluble polymer, 0.1-15 pts. wt. nano oxide, 0.01-10 pts. wt. graphene, 0.01-5 pts. wt. organosiloxane coupling agent, 0.1-30 pts. wt. 0.1 mol/l dilute hydrochloric acid and 30-95 pts. wt. solvent. USE - The coating solution is used in medicine, food and electronic product packaging applications. ADVANTAGE - The method inhibits agglomeration between graphenes, solves the problem of poor dispersibility of graphene, utilizes crosslinking effect of nano oxide and water-soluble polymer and fully exerts a barrier effect of graphene/polymer on gas collaborative enhancement and is simple and easy to operate. The coating solution has excellent mechanical properties and packaging printing performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the coating solution involving (a) preparing a metal alkoxide hydrolyzate under an acid catalysis condition using a sol-gel method, stirring for 40-60 minutes at room temperature and pressure and leaving still to obtain a nano oxide solution, (b) adding graphene to the nano oxide solution, continuously stirring at room temperature and pressure at the stirring speed of 600-800 rpm for 1-2 hours and leaving still to obtain a graphene dispersion solution loaded with nano-oxide particles, and (c) reducing the stirring rate to 300-400 rpm, slowly adding a aqueous-soluble polymer solution to the graphene dispersion solution, continuously stirring for 20-40 minutes, simultaneously adding organosiloxane coupling agent hydrolyzate, stirring at room temperature and pressure for 1-2 hours and leaving still at room temperature to obtain the coating solution.
