▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing single-stage gas cabinet rubber sealing film comprises (i) adding tartaric acid-modified graphene oxide and γ-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane into a polytetrafluoroethylene sealed tank, placing into a reaction kettle at 180°C for 6 hours to obtain modified graphene oxide, (ii) taking nitrile rubber, fluororubber masticate, mixing two kinds of masticated rubbers evenly, adding modified white carbon black, activated magnesium oxide, calcium hydroxide, modified graphene oxide, and carnauba wax, vulcanizing agent and accelerator, thinning for 10 times, packing into triangular bags, and releasing the film, and preforming one-stage vulcanization on an ordinary hydraulic plate vulcanizer. USE - The method is useful for producing single-stage gas cabinet rubber sealing film. ADVANTAGE - The film is economical and combines the use of modified white carbon black and modified graphene without reducing product performance.
