▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing thermally conductive silica gel comprises (1) kneading the thermally conductive filler at kneading speed of 35-60 revolutions/minute, carrying out plasma surface treatment for 0.5-2 seconds under the condition that the processing power is 20-100W to obtain the surface-treated thermally conductive filler, where the thermally conductive filler is boron nitride and graphene with a weight ratio of 1:1-2, (2) mixing silicone rubber, thermally conductive filler, magnesium hydroxide, fumed silica, catalyst and crosslinking agent under the condition of 80-120degrees Celsius, where the stirring speed is 40-70 revolutions/minute and stirring time is 3-8 hours, and the composition includes 100 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 3-10 pts. wt. thermally conductive filler, 8-15 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide, 1-10 pts. wt. fumed silica, 1-5 pts. wt. catalyst, and 1-5 pts. wt. catalyst, and 2-8 pts. wt. crosslinking, and (3) vulcanizing the material at 80-120degrees Celsius. USE - The method is useful for preparing thermally conductive silica gel, which is used in silicon rubber. ADVANTAGE - The silica gel product is environmentally friendly; and has low toxicity, and good low temperature resistance. The method solves the problem that the currently prepared silica gel product cannot take into account the thermal conductivity, viscosity, and structural strength after curing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a flame-retardant thermally conductive silica gel.
