▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing ultra-high thermal conductivity epoxy resin/graphene composite material involves blending polyethylene glycol (PEG) with graphene in a mass ratio of 1: 0.5-40 at 68-120 degrees C to obtain polyethylene glycol/graphene mixture. The prepared polyethylene glycol/graphene mixture and curing agent diaminodiphenylmethane are added to the configured epoxy, blended uniformly, and hot-pressed and solidified to obtain ultra-high thermal conductivity epoxy/graphene composite materials, where the mass ratio of thermally conductive composite material PEG/ graphene mixture, curing agent and epoxy is 1-80:1-2:8. USE - Method for preparing ultra-high thermal conductivity epoxy resin/graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, the shape specifications can be adjusted, and the ultra-high thermal conductivity composite material can be prepared on a large scale.
