▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of copper doped-zinc oxide/reduced graphene oxide (Cu-ZnO/RGO) nanocomposite involves using one pot hydrothermal method. USE - Preparation of copper doped-zinc oxide/reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite used for predicting bactericidal activity, and antioxidant activities against nitric oxide scavenging assay, providing cytotoxicity effect, or assessing cell viability against human embryonic kidney (HEK293) (all claimed). The nanocomposite is also used in water treatment systems or biomedicine applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of copper doped-zinc oxide/reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite with excellent performance towards Gram negative bacterial and fungal pathogens, and enhances uniform morphology of the sample under minimum temperature and pressure.
