NOVELTY - The electrode (100) has a graphene layer (110) and a metal nanowire layer (120) formed with a metal oxide layer (130) on the surface, on graphene layer. The metal nanowire is a silver nanowire, the metal oxide layer is a transparent electrode which is AZO. The metal oxide layer is a transparent electrode whose thickness of 10-30nm. The metal oxide layer is a transparent electrode. The metal oxide atomic layer is composed of 2-10 layers. The metal oxide layer is a transparent electrode that fills a portion of the empty space of the metal nanowire layer. The metal oxide layer is a transparent electrode that comprises a conductive metal oxide. USE - Transparent electrode used in field such as flat LCD, touch panel, electroluminescent device, and thin film photovoltaic cell. ADVANTAGE - The metal oxide thin film layer is formed on the surface of the metal nanowire used for the transparent electrode by an atomic layer deposition process to prevent oxidation of the metal nanowire while maintaining transparency. The performance of the metal nanowires is improved by ensuring high temperature reliability.
