NOVELTY - The graphene structure, comprises one or more graphene layers, that allow for microwave squeezing with gains up to twenty four decible over a wide bandwidth. Each of the one or more graphene layers is a distance between another of the one or more graphene layers and the wide bandwidth is up to 100 GHz. Each of the graphene layers is of a particular length. USE - Graphene structure used for optically activated graphene-based microwave field squeezer. ADVANTAGE - The graphene structure reduces noise to conduct optimal microwave-to-optical conversion, and provides the RF signals to communications interface.
